To accommodate a power outlet plug in retraction at the time of supplying the water or washing the private part and avoid water attachment to the plug by arranging so that the plug can emerge to the first position for supplying the AC power to a part to be heated and retract to the second position as accommodated inside a heating means.
At service, first a jetting part 2 is drawn out of a tank 3, then a power outlet plug is drawn out, and insertion into a power outlet is made with the jetting part 2 positioned over and a part to be heated 4 positioned under. Thereby a heat is generated from a nickel-chromium wire heater with the AC power supplied from the plug so that the temp. of the washing water in the tank 3 is raised. The plug is drawn out of the outlet, and the plug is slided and accommodated in the part to be heated. A switch is pushed to operate a motor, and the washing water sucked up by a centrifugal pump is spouted out of a jet in a nozzle so that the intended privates are washed. When all washing water in the tank 3 is spouted off, the jetting part 2 is accommodated in the tank 3.
