PURPOSE: To perform the waxing and polishing of a wheel side of a vehicle separately from the car washing process of a car washer.

CONSTITUTION: A shiftable hand truck 1 is used for a wheel polisher, and a wax spray nozzle 15 and a brush 5 are installed in this hand truck 1. Then, wax 50 is sprayed to a wheel side from the wax spray nozzle 15, turning the brush 5 round, thus polishing takes place. Since waxing and polishing are performable separately from a car washing process, smudges during car washing is preventable from sticking to the wheel, and besides, from coming to imperfection of these operations. In addition, waxing and polishing alone are carried out economically in a short time.
