A second portable wireless terminal 102 has a first antenna element 109 at one side face of the second portable wireless terminal 102 thereof and a second antenna element 110 at another side face opposite to the side with the first antenna element 109 provided thereon. The direction in which the second portable wireless terminal 102 is accommodated in a second portable wireless terminal storage section 106 can be selected among a plurality of directions A, B, C, or D as shown in Fig. 1. When the second portable wireless terminals 102 is accommodated in the directions A or C, the side face with the first antenna element 109 provided thereon faces a second portable wireless terminal outlet 112 or projects therefrom. When the second portable wireless terminals 102 is accommodated in the directions B or D, the side face with the second antenna element 110 provided thereon faces the second portable wireless terminal outlet 112 or projects therefrom.
