Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent mixing of refuse, dust or the like in a driving part, control minute movement, and eliminate positional displacement of a moving member even if external force acts on the moving member by arranging a driving mechanism composed of energizing mechanisms and synchronously rotating mechanisms to be arranged in respective end parts of worms.
CONSTITUTION: A first shaft 2 whose moving member 7 is arranged on parallel links is rotatably supported with a frame body 1, and is rotatably sealed by a sealing member, for example, an oil seal 8. The first shaft 2 is connected to a worm wheel 9 rotatably supported with the frame body 1. A pair of worms 11 and 12 rotatably supported with the frame body 1 by striding over the worm wheel 9 are respectively elastically energized in the axial direction, for example, in the X1 direction by energizing mechanisms 13, for example, disc springs. For example, spur gears 19 and 20 having the same shape are arranged in an end part on the X1 side of the worms 11 and 12. The worm wheel 9 is not rotated by external force due to the worms 11 and 12 respectively energized in the X1 direction by the energizing mechanisms 13 and 13.
