Abstract:
PURPOSE: To fix a holder on a base member without causing positional deviation in an adjusting direction with simple constitution.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with the base member 20 and a photodetector substrate 30 on whose upper surface a photodetector 10 is fixed. A washer 50 is fixed on the base member 20 by a fixing screw 41. A pressing part 56 is formed on the washer 50 and projected to the inside of an aperture part 52. The abutting part 58 of the pressing part 56 abuts on the upper surface of the photodetector 10, and presses the substrate 30 to the base member 20 with specified pressure from a direction orthogonal to the adjusting direction Q, so that the substrate 30 is fixed on the base member 20. When the position of the photodetector 10 is adjusted, an adjusting tool is fitted in a round hole 35 on the substrate 30, and the substrate 30 is moved in the adjusting direction Q so as to be positioned at a specified position.
