Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position control device, etc. capable of improving accuracy of a minute displacement of a piston position of a hydraulic cylinder.SOLUTION: A position control device comprises a hydraulic oil supply part 1 for supplying hydraulic oil to a hydraulic cylinder 3, and a control part 10 for controlling a position of a piston 3a of the hydraulic cylinder 3 by controlling the hydraulic oil supply part 1. The control part 10 causes the hydraulic oil to be intermittently supplied to the hydraulic cylinder 3 from the hydraulic oil supply part 1 to adjust the position of the piston 3a to a target position. A hydraulic drive device comprises the hydraulic cylinder 3, and the hydraulic oil supply part 1 for supplying the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder 3. The hydraulic oil supply part 1 intermittently supplies the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder 3 until the hydraulic cylinder 3 reaches the predetermined target position after starting to move.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
