Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly stop a moving member on the vicinity of an objective position by controlling setting at prescribed operation timing and to prevent the generation of malfunction due to external oscillation after stopping the moving member.
SOLUTION: In a position controller having a moving means 3 to be driven by a motor 1 such as an oscillation type motor and a control means 13 for executing the controlling operation of the motor 1 in each prescribed period in accordance with relation between the real position of the means 3 and an objective position, the control means 13 is allowed to execute motor stopping operation when the real position exists between two stop allowable positions (+ΔP to -ΔP) set up through the objective position in accordance with the driving distance of the means 3 in a prescribed period.
