Abstract:
To enhance the resolution of output of a servo filter operation result without lowering servo responsiveness due to a noise shaping processing in a position controller by a digital servo.
This position controller is constituted by inserting a noise shaper 8 into a lower frequency servo filter processing part 6 for which operation accuracy is required and inserting no noise shaper into a high frequency servo filter processing part 7 for which responding speed is required. By this structure, enhancement of positioning accuracy by the digital servo and security of the servo responsiveness is made to be compatible even when a D/A converter 9 with low resolution is used for achieving low cost.
