Abstract:
To provide a position detection method for underground buried structure that can decrease the number of times of boring.
A distance L from a point 30 on the ground whose coordinates (x1, y1) are already known to a reach point 34 is found by boring D obliquely from the point 30 at a perpendicular angle α and a horizontal angle β until an outer peripheral surface 32 of a structure 10 buried in the ground is reached, and coordinates (x2, y2) of the reach point 34 are found from the coordinates (x1, y1), perpendicular angle α, horizontal angle β, and distance L.
