Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the extraction of a linear light pattern, by directing a slit light only for a shorter time than the exposure time of a camera while the camera is exposed. CONSTITUTION:An exposure time of a TV camera 50 is reduced, yet with no emission of a strobe lamp 52 and the surface of a printed substrate 1 is taken with the TV camera 50 to store an image thereof into an image processing system 53. Then, the exposure time of the TV camera 50 is made the same as mentioned above; while the TV camera 50 is exposed, the strobe lamp 52 is made to flash only for a shorter time than the exposure time thereto to take the surface of the printed circuit board 1 with the TV camera 50 to store an image thereof into an image processing system 53. A linear light pattern is extracted by subtraction of the former image from the latter image, thereby enabling detection of mounted positions of electronic components 2 depending on the geometry of the linear light pattern.
