Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position determination system for a linear step motor that precisely determines the moving position of a movable element and meets a requirement for the stability of the position control of a closed circuit.
SOLUTION: The position determination system for the linear step motor is characterized by including: a magnetism sensor 20 that obtains a position feedback value, by measuring a variation in flux density at a stator 30 of the linear step motor by using a magnetism induction principle; and a residual magnetic field stabilizer 10 that is arranged at the external periphery of the magnetism sensor 20, so that the magnetism sensor 20 can precisely determine the position of the motor movable element on the basis of a variation of magnetic flux by stabilizing the residual magnetic field value at the stator 30 of the linear step motor.
