PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be arranged to different assembling positions by providing a prescribed positioning means, etc.
SOLUTION: The bar stock is held by a frame A1 through a bar stock clamper and pusher further carriage trucks 10ya, 10yb, is elevation-driven by Z elevation tables 7, 7f, is X, Y-driven by a X running table 5 and Y running table 7 and is transferred on X, Y planes of a panel W on a base WB so as to be positioned. At this time, an angle for the X, Y axes of panel W can be decided by a rotation angle of the bar stock for Z elevation table 7, 7f. For example, in the case the bar stock Wd1, etc., is a longitudinal stock, the frame A1 is arranged parallel to Y axis and on panel W, in the case of a transversal stock, the frame A1 is arranged with turning by 90° and parallel to X axis. While a stock is arranged on the panel, locking means 90a, 90b restrain the frame A1 for Z elevation tables 7, 7f, the position (angle) of the bar stock is not deviated for the panel W.
