Abstract:

PURPOSE: To automatically correct the offset of position information by provid ing an offset correction circuit which simultaneously inputs the pulse signals of motors for X and Y-axes driving and a behavior signal from a position sensor, outputs the counted result of input pulses to an arithmetic processing circuit and inputs various operation signals which the circuit instructs.
CONSTITUTION: Various command signals S3 and S4 from CPU 10 are independently outputted to control circuits 11x and 11y. The control circuit 11x outputs an X-axis forward/backward driving pulse signal Sxfwd and the control circuit 11y outputs a Y-axis forward/backward driving pulse signal Syfwd. The outputs are respectively outputted to driving circuits 12x and 12y, are converted into driving operation signals S5 and S6 and are outputted to the pulse motors for respective axes driving 2x and 2y. At that time, first and second registers 17 and 17' write the value of an up/down counter 16 and the behavior signals S1 and S2 are transferred with CPU in parallel from plural photoelectric switches 13a and 13b through a multiplexer 18 so as to automatically correct offset.
