To provide a position estimation device, a method, and a program which can accurately estimate a three-dimensional position of an object.
A first acquisition unit acquires first data concerning size of an object in a first image in which the object is imaged and a position of the object in the first image. A second acquisition unit acquires second data concerning (1) a distance to the object or (2) a position of the object in a second image in which the object is imaged. A first calculation unit calculates weight for first real size of the object estimated from the first data and second real size of the object estimated from the second data, on the basis of the first data and the second data. A second calculation unit calculates third real size of the object by using the weight of the first real size and the second real size. An estimation unit estimates a three-dimensional position of the object from the third real size.
