Position information is used for displaying the position information of an object to be inspected for each of time series on a monitor 53M and correcting a position to correct a positional shift of the object to be inspected to each of images of the object to be inspected arranged in time series. In this case, a reference time range of a reference position is set as a reference frame from the position information by a vertical frame 53b. In accordance with the reference position in the reference frame, the position of each of the images corresponding to each time range (each frame) is corrected. When the reference frame of the reference position is set by the vertical frame 53b, the position information of the frame in which there is no body movement of the object to be inspected or the frame in which a body movement of the object to be inspected is not considered to exist can be used at a maximum. The position information can be applied to the actual image corresponding to each of the frames to correct the position.
