Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the slipping off of a wire due to the one-sided winding of the wire.
CONSTITUTION: Two guide rollers 32, 34 are rotatably supported on a bearing 40 fixed to the first rod 38 and the second rod 39, and the first rod 38 and the second rod 39 are movably supported on an upper member 36 and a lower member 37. A coil spring 42 is arranged on the left side of the upper member 36, a coil spring 44 is arranged on the right side, a coil spring 46 is arranged on the left side of the lower member 37, a coil spring 48 is arranged on the right side, and two guide rollers 32, 34 are deviated toward the neutral position.
