Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus to precisely measure the positions of a piston which moves in a housing of a hydraulic cylinder and a piston rod in the linear direction.
CONSTITUTION: This apparatus comprises a transmission part 114 to generate electromagnetic signals and transmit them, a reception part 116 to receive the electromagnetic signals, detect the altitude differing state of the inclination, and generate frequency signal corresponding to the result, and a control means 118 to receive the frequency signal and compute the positions of a piston 104 and a piston rod 106 in the linear direction.
