Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make the extent of interpolative accuracy so as not to be deteriorated even if the scale part of a displacement signal detecting element varies its attitude, in a position transducer. CONSTITUTION:Four signals a1, a2, b1, b2 different in each phase obtained out of a displacement signal element are inputted, the signal a2 is mixed in the signal a2 as much as a certain rate by an amplitude regulator 9A so as to make a phase of the signal a2 be more advanced as far as 90 degrees than the signal b1, thereby performing a phase compensation. Then, the signal a1 is mixed in the signal b2 as far as a certain rate by another simplitude regulator 9B so as to make a phase of the signal b2 be more delayed as far as 90 degrees than that of the signal a1, thereby performing the phase compensation. Furthermore, on the basis of a signal that performing offset adjustment and amplitude regulation, an interpolating circuit 14 interpolates, through which a position is detected.
