When a shutter button 6 of a user portable telephone 2 is operated, a control part 3 performs photographing, outputs a program starting signal to a GPS calculating part 8, and the GPS calculating part 8 calculates user positional data. The control part 3 transmits a positional data acquisition command signal to the outside of the user portable telephone 2 through an antenna 7. When first and second peripheral portable telephones 11 and 12 having a function for acquiring the positional data of the present position receive the positional data acquisition command signal, the portable telephones 11 and 12 convert the acquired first and second peripheral positional data into first and second acquired data signals toward the outside. When the antenna 7 receives the first and second acquired data signals, the control part 3 calculates an average value among the first and second peripheral positional data and the user positional data, stores the calculated average positional data in photographed image data and subsequently stores the image data in a memory 9.
