PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for notifying a movement of a person under the supervision of a supervisor to the supervisor by means of GPS satellites and a cellular telephone system when the supervisee moves from his/her location by any reason of wandering or the like. SOLUTION: When a person (supervisee) under the supervision of a supervisor moves from his/her location by any reason of wandering or the like, the positional movement alarm system using GPS satellites and a cellular telephone system automatically and directly notifies the movement of the supervisee from his/her original location from a position information monitoring/alarm terminal (slave unit) 4 carried by the supervisee to the supervisor\'s cellular telephone terminal (master unit) 2 with a GPS position information processing function by means of a cellular telephone line without using a third party institution such as an alarm center or service center.
