Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a lower cost system capable of collecting information about environment of an adjuster valve and transmitting it efficiently to a host device.SOLUTION: A positioner 1 of this invention comprises an electric-air converting part 13 for supplying an air signal converted from an electric signal for indicating an opening degree of an adjuster valve 2 to the adjuster valve to operate its valve shaft; a valve shaft position detecting part 14 for detecting a position of the valve shaft; and a control signal generating part 21 for generating an electrical signal on the basis of a valve opening and a position of the valve shaft that are targets of the adjustment valve. The positioner has a feature of comprising a first communication part 11 for communicating between it and a host device 3; a second communication part 12 for performing a communication with at least one sensor 5 for monitoring a surrounding environment of the adjustment valve in wireless manner; and a communication control part 20 communicated the first communication part and the second communication part to control the first communication part to transmit information about the peripheral environment got by the second communication part from the sensor to the host device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
