Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stable fluid control by suppressing over shoot and hunting of a valve opening and generation of fluttering even when an ambient temperature largely changes.SOLUTION: A first table TA in which a relationship between a sliding resistance index μk of a gland packing and an ambient temperature is determined for every kind of gland packings, is provided. A second table TB in which a control parameter corresponding to a hysteresis level (HYS) is determined for each size of an actuator, is provided. In a constant period, acquisition of the present sliding resistance index μk corresponding to the present ambient temperature TR and the kind of gland packing from the first table TA, and selection of the control parameter corresponding to the size of the actuator and the hysteresis level (HYS) determined on the basis of the present sliding resistance index μk from the second table TB are repeated, and a valve opening of an adjustment valve is controlled on the basis of the selected control parameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
