Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select and set an optimal control parameter, even when an operation time of an actuator fluctuates by supply air pressure or friction.SOLUTION: With a first correction value table TC in which a correction value corresponding to an operation time region determined correspondingly to the size of an actuator and a slide resistance region determined by sectioning a range where slide resistance (friction) of a valve shaft of a control valve is available, is determined as a first correction value α1, and a second correction value table TD in which a correction value corresponding to the operation time region determined correspondingly to the size of the actuator and a supply air pressure region determined by sectioning a range where a supply air pressure Ps is available, is determined as a second correction value α2, a measured operation time S1 of the actuator is corrected, and thereby the size of the actuator is determined based on the corrected operation time S1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
