Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioner capable of stably controlling an adjustment valve even under an environment of large vibration.SOLUTION: A positioner (1) has a displacement amount detector (11) detecting a displacement amount of a valve shaft of an adjustment valve and outputting a pair of detection signals, a wiring board (15) disposed between two insulating layers (100, 101), and having a wiring layer (L1) on which a pair of signal wirings (22, 23) to which a pair of detection signals are supplied, are formed, a circuit board (20) on which an electronic circuit (12) creating a control signal for controlling a valve opening of the adjustment valve on the basis of the pair of detection signals, is formed, and a housing (10) accommodating at least the wiring board and the circuit board. The wiring boar is joined to the housing by an adhesive material (30) having conductivity, at least at a part of a surface of one of the insulating layers, and the adhesive material satisfies that a measurement value of hardness after hardening, by a type D durometer is within a range of D20 or more and D90 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
