Title:
POSITIONING DEVICE, POSITIONING METHOD, AND POSITIONING PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2022137774
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To solve the problem in which: in positioning using a GNSS, for electromagnetic waves received by a receiver included in a movable body from artificial satellites present in an area in which the angle of elevation to the receiver is larger than a constant value, an electromagnetic wave in which a multipath is highly likely to occur due to the influence of structures present around the receiver needs to be rejected in a composite positioning operation.SOLUTION: A positioning device 100 comprises a single measurement unit 120, a periphery detection unit 130, and a quality estimation unit 140. The single measurement unit 120 executes single measurement by using electromagnetic waves received by a receiver that receives electromagnetic waves from artificial satellites as received electromagnetic waves. The periphery detection unit 130 includes a laser observation device that observes the periphery of the receiver by using a laser, and detects structures present on the periphery of the receiver by using the laser observation device. The quality estimation unit 140 determines multipath possibility that is the possibility of the occurrence of a multipath in the received electromagnetic waves based on a result of execution of the single measurement and a result of detection performed by the periphery detection unit 130, and estimates the quality of the received electromagnetic waves according to the determined multipath possibility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
