Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost positioning device with simple structure and eliminate a need for a drive source, such as electricity and high pressure air, regarding an electronic part formed in the shape of a square.
SOLUTION: This device is formed such that a plurality of rotating rollers 10 (10a-10d) are disposed with a plurality of the respective sides of work 1 situated horizontally in parallel to the axes thereof. The work 1 is positioned in a space slightly larger than the external shape of the work 1 surrounded by a plurality of the rotating rollers 10 (10a-10d) in a way to vertically insert or pull up the work sucked by a suction head 3 from above. A push up rod 12 vertically moved with a force to push upward always having is situated in a space surrounded by the rotating rollers 10 (10a-10b). The suction head 3 is vertically moved and when the work 1 passes through the space surrounded by the rotating rollers 10 (10a-10d), the work 1 is vertically moved with the work held between the suction head 3 and the push-up rod 12.
