Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a positioning device which can prevent the vibrations by absorbing the force of inertia that causes the residual vibrations in a normal positioning state or the positioning state of a rotational angle. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a bed 5, an auxiliary table 7 which is movably supported above the bed 5 in the longitudinal direction, a table 3 which is movably supported above the bed 5 in the longitudinal direction, an actuator 1 and a feed element 2 which produce the force to change the relative position between both tables 7 and 3, a position detector 6 which detects the position of the table 3 to the bed 5, and a controller which controls the actuator 1 based on the detection signal of the detector 6.
