Abstract:
PURPOSE:To exclude the movement in an unnecessary direction existing in a drive system by adopting a magnetical coupling means so as to connect freely turnably a sample stand and the drive system of the sample stand. CONSTITUTION:The test stand drive system comprising a permanent magnet 1 and a moving coil 2 and the test stand 3 are connected mechanically by a permanent magnet 7 and a steel ball 8. Even if a force in the direction theta other than the desired direction exists in the operation of the moving coil 2, the force in the theta direction is not delivered to the sample stand 3 by the steel ball 8. Any hindrance is caused to the transmission of a magnetic signal because of the presence of the permanent magnet 7.
