PURPOSE: To finely adjust the small deviation in the rotational direction of a die and punch without undertaking remounting of a die or punch by providing a mechanism to arbitrarily move a fork shape rotation regulating arm which is engaged to rotation regulating projection formed at part of an oscillating shaft in the direction intersecting to fork groove.
CONSTITUTION: In the engagement between a holding base traveling screw 13 and a pair of two moving screw holding plates 15, a holding base traveling screw 13 is rotated but is not moved in the direction intersecting to a rotation regulating arm 12. By rotating a holding base traveling screw 13, an arm holding base 11 is slided in the direction intersecting to a rotation regulating arm 12 by the action of lead of holding base traveling screw. Thus, a fork shape rotation regulating arm 12 fixed to an arm holding base 11 is displaced in the direction intersecting to the line connecting a die mounting face center 22 of an oscillating shaft 2 and a rotation regulating projection 23, an rotation regulating projection 23 engaged to a rotation regulating arm 12 is rotated around a die mounting face center 22, the deviation in rotational direction of punch and die is finely adjusted.
