Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely weld a part to the correct position of the steel sheet part by matching welding position display mark of the steel sheet part with an irradiation mark and setting the relative position between a fixed electrode and the steel sheet part.
CONSTITUTION: When an operator mounts the steel sheet part 13 on the fixed electrode 1 with the hands, the surface of the steel sheet part 13 is irradiated with the irradiation mark. When the steel sheet part 13 is moved and the display mark is matched with this mark, the relative position between the fixed electrode 1 and the steel sheet part 13 is set. Afterward, a movable electrode 2 is advanced and a welding part is welded on a display mark place. Consequently, since the operator can carry out only simple alignment, work is simple and the relative position between the steel sheet part and the fixed electrode can be set surely and the welding quality can be maintained uniformly at a high level.
