Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate positioning method with an external signal capable of preventing the generation of any fraction deviation.
SOLUTION: In a positioning method with an external signal for latching the input position of the external signal, and for performing positioning by defining it as a reference position, the fractions of the latch position and a motor position by a command unit are swept and stored, and the commanded position is corrected so as to be matched with the reference position.
