Abstract:

PURPOSE: To position and engage a cutout groove and a protruding part with a difference between the rotational movement of both of the first and second works by inserting the first work provided with a protruding part into the second ring-shaped work provided with the cutout groove, and feeding it to a spiral guide on the inner circumference of a ball where vibration is given.

CONSTITUTION: A ring 24 provided with a cutout groove 25 inside a case 26 is inserted, and a transistor 22 on the lower side of a circular board 21 21 is inserted inside the ring 24 without care of its positioning. This work is transported by a feeding conveyer 1 and is fed to the lower side of a spiral guide 7 in a positioning device 3 while being vibrated by a linear feeder 2. The guide 7 is vibrated, so that the work is moved along the guide 7, and rotational movement is generated at the circular board 21 provided with the transistor 22, the ring 24 and the case 26 by the vibration working in a circumferential direction. A difference in rotational movement speed is generated by the difference between respective dead weights, and the positions of the terminal 23 of the transistor 22 and the cutout groove 26 are made to coincide with each other for engagement and positioning.
