PURPOSE: To enhance efficiency in cross direction space, and prevent positional shift and dust generation by installing a stop roller on the front face and in the middle in transfer direction of a transfer jig, a through groove and a positioning hole on its bottom face, and a stop mechanism and a positioning mechanism with a positioning pin and a support pin under the transfer mecha nism.

CONSTITUTION: A transfer jig 6 is stopped by raising a stop mechanism 7 toward the transfer jig 6 to bring a stopper 7a into rotation contact with a stop roller 6c. The jig 6 is then positioned by pushing up a positioning mechanism 8 with a press cylinder 8c and inserting a positioning pin 8a into a positioning hole 6e. At the same time, a support pin 8b abuts on the bottom base of the jig 6 to support the jig 6 together with the positioning pin 8a with a spacing t as against a transfer roller 1, and separate it from the transfer roller 1.
