Abstract:
PURPOSE:To widen an effective work area without increasing the overall size of a device. CONSTITUTION:In conventional cases, speed reducing and stopping operation is started at the point of time when a limit switch for overtravel prevention operates, so if the speed is high at time t2, the stop distance L becomes long, but in this invention, a highspeed inhibition area is set nearby the limit switch 6 and the speed reducing and stopping operation is started at a point t1 of time when an object 4 to be positioned enters this area to make the stop distance L short.
