PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning structure of a bath room heating drier capable of positioning the bath room heating drier with respect to a first opening part and a second opening part having dimensions different from each other and to provide the bath room heating drier.SOLUTION: In a positioning structure 18 of a bath room heating drier 10 for positioning an air inlet 23 and an air outlet 24 of the bath room heating drier 10 with respect to an opening part 1b disposed on a bath room 1, the opening part 1b is a quadrangular first opening part 1bx or a quadrangular second opening part 1by having dimensions different from the quadrangular first opening part 1bx, ribs 12, 13 vertically disposed on a housing 11 are formed in L-shape, outside surfaces 12a, 13a are brought into contact with corner parts 1c, 1d of the opening part 1b in the x-axis direction and the y-axis direction to perform the positioning and positions of the outside surfaces 12a, 13a are changed to a first positioning position P1 which is brought into contact with corner parts 1cx, 1dx of the first opening part 1bx and a second positioning position P2 which is brought into contact with corner parts 1cy, 1dy of the second opening 1by by changing means 19, 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
