To position a subject easily and with high accuracy in each isocenter of a plurality of medical devices by just moving a common bed in a simple operation (for example, a linear operation and a rotating operation).
This positioning system for the bed for the medical device is provided with the bed 14 used in common for the plurality of medical devices 11-13, means 15 and 16 supporting the bed 14 movably in one direction out of three-dimensional space, and means controlling the movement of the bed 14 in only one-dimensional direction and individually positioning the subject in each isocenter of the plurality of medical devices 11-13. The positions of the respective residual two-dimensional directions of respective isocenters of the plurality of medical devices 11-13 are set identical to each other.
