Abstract:

To produce a positive charge type single-layer electrophotographic photoreceptor including a 1, 3, 5-triazine derivative as an electron transport material.

The 1, 3, 5-triazine derivative is represented by general formula (1), wherein Ar1 denotes optionally substituted phenyl, naphthyl or biphenylyl, Ar2 to Ar4 each independently denote H, optionally substituted phenyl, optionally substituted biphenylyl, optionally substituted pyridyl, optionally substituted bipyridyl, optionally substituted naphthyl or optionally substituted terphenylyl, when Ar2 is H, Ar3 and Ar4 are not H, and when Ar3 and Ar4 are H, Ar2 is not H.
