Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode material for a lithium ion secondary battery capable of securing both electronic conductivity at a small amount of binder and binding properties of a positive electrode active material between the positive electrode active materials and to a current collector using secondary particles formed by granulating primary particles forming a carbonaceous film, also to provide a positive electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery for securing electronic conductivity and bonding properties of the positive electrode active material by using such a positive electrode material for a lithium ion secondary battery, and also to provide a lithium ion secondary battery having excellent physical properties by using such a positive electrode for a lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: A positive electrode material for a lithium ion secondary battery includes: a positive electrode active material whose average pore diameter is 10 nm to 300 nm; a binder including polyvinylidene fluoride having a weight average molecular weight of 500,000-1,500,000; and a conductive assistant.
