PURPOSE: To perform the ventilation by a single ventilating device for clean room by a method wherein a minor differential pressure adjustor for adjusting minor differential pressure between the outdoor and indoor is attached, which operates an exhaust air amount adjusting valve and fan so that the positive pressure and negative pressure within the room can be changed over.
CONSTITUTION: The minor differential pressure adjusting device 31 detects a differential pressure between the indoor pressure P1 and the outdoor pressure PO and converts the detected value into an electronic signal, which is inputted into a controller 33. An indoor pressure adjustor 34 in the controller 33 compares the detected differential pressure to an indication point of the indoor pressure, and changes the opening degree of an automatic air amount adjustor valve 28 based on the comparison so that the amount of exhaust air 26 can be changed accordingly. By this, the air amount relationship between the air 2 introduced into the clean room 1 through another air amount adjustor valve 27 and the exhaust air 26 is changed so as to change over the positive or negative pressure within the room 1 selectively. Thus, the ventilation of the room 1 can be carried by a single ventilating device.
