To efficiently transmit heat generated in a positive temperature characteristic element to a radiating cylinder by electrically connecting the electrode of both main surfaces of a positive temperature characteristic thermistor element to a pair of feeding terminals, leading out the leading part of the pair of feeding terminals from the side of the recessed part of a case and covering the open surface of the recessed part of the case by a lid body.
One side feeding terminal 15, a positive temperature characteristic element 14 and the other side feeding terminal 16 are installed into the recessed part 18 in that order from a partition wall 11a side so as to be electrically connected respectively to the electrodes 14a, 14b of the positive temperature characteristic thermistor 14. The leading parts 15b, 16b of the pair of feeding terminals 15, 16 are led out in the lateral direction from the side wall of the recessed part 18 through the cut-out parts 11b, 11c of the case 11, and the open surface of the recessed part 18 is covered with a lid body 12, and a radiating cylinder 13 is inserted through a nearly U-shaped opening 17 from the lower side of the case 11 in the state that a small opening is hardly formed in the inner wall. Therefore, heat transmitted to the case from the positive temperature characteristic thermistor element is hardly transmitted to the lid body but efficiently transmitted to the case.
