Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a recovered resin having a fear of generating dioxins or the like by providing a core material made of a steel tube in a coating layer made of a synthetic resin, and forming a filling resin layer made of the resin recovered by recycling therebetween.
SOLUTION: A core material 2 made of a steel tube is provided in a coating layer 1 made of a synthetic resin, and a filling resin layer 3 made of a resin such as a recycled and recovered polyvinyl chloride is formed in its gap. The layer 1 is manufactured of a synthetic resin such as another FRP, a polyamide or the like having a thickness of 3 to 6 mm and a diameter of about 100 to 200 mm. The material 2 having a normal thickness of 2 to 5 mm and a diameter of 25 to 80 mm is preferred. In the case of using a resin compatible with the layer 1 for the layer 3, the resin is heated to the vicinity of a melting point of the synthetic resin in its molding step, the layer 3 and the layer 1 are partly fusion bonded so that the both layers are strongly integrated.
