Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-process anchor construction method which can prevent an opening end portion of a perforation formed in the existing structure and its vicinity from being damaged by the pressure from an anchor bar.SOLUTION: An anchor material has a plate-shaped flange portion 1b extending in a direction intersecting a bar-shaped anchor bar 1a. The anchor bar 1a has an in-perforation arrangement portion 1e and a projecting portion. The flange portion 1b is formed in an annular shape. When assuming a straight line S1 connecting an outer peripheral end portion of the flange portion 1b located at a position where a linear distance between an axis L of the anchor bar 1a and the outer peripheral end portion of the flange portion 1b becomes the shortest and the axis L of the anchor bar 1a, the linear distance between the outer peripheral end portion of the flange portion 1b and the axis L is 2.5 times or more as large as the linear distance between an outer peripheral end portion of the anchor bar 1a and the axis L, and the thickness of the flange portion 1b is 3 mm or more and 15 mm or less. A post-process anchor construction method comprises an anchor material arrangement step and an inorganic filler filling step, so that the entire flange portion 1b is buried in an inorganic filler within a perforation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
