To provide a post-processing device for a deep drawing packaging machine having a constitution in which a disposal processing is simple and easy, wastes are introduced automatically into a refuse bag or the like and disposal can be easily carried out.

A post-processing device is provided on the delivery side of a deep drawing vacuum packaging machine main body 12 and unnecessary film parts (scraps 14) of both side edges formed by the vacuum packaging machine body are guided into a drawing device 22 by rollers 16. A scrap continued into the belt shape is drawn out by rotating the scrap in the state being clamped by a driving roller 20 and a follower roller 21 of a drawing-out device 22 from both sides and fed into a cutter device 30. The ends of the scrap are cut successively by the cutter device to form chips 35. The chips thus formed are collected into a refuse bag 38 set on the lower end of a delivery pipe 36 through the delivery pipe. The refuse bag is removed from the delivery pipe, and the chips stored therein can be drawn away as they are.
