PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device capable of performing perforation according to user's needs.SOLUTION: A post-processing device comprises: a sheet transport part; a first drive part; a perforation member; a second drive part; a drive mode setting part; and an adjustment part. The first drive part drives the sheet transport part. The perforation member performs perforation processing as post-processing to the sheet which is transported by the sheet transport part. The second drive part is provided additionally to the first drive part and drives the perforation member. The drive mode setting part 52 sets drive modes of the first and second drive parts.
