PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device which has a function of preventing adhesion between a preceding sheet and a succeeding sheet.SOLUTION: A post-processing device includes: a first tray which holds a sheet bundle including a preceding sheet and a succeeding sheet; a second tray which is located on the downstream side of the first tray; a draw-in mechanism which conveys the succeeding sheet in the draw-in direction opposite to the discharge direction and makes it overlap the preceding sheet on the first tray; a second discharge unit which discharges the sheet bundle; a first air blower unit which blows the air to the space between the second tray and the lower surface of the preceding sheet; a second air blower unit which blows the air to the upper surfaces of the preceding sheet and succeeding sheet; and a control unit which controls the first air blower unit and the second air blower unit. The control unit causes the first air blower unit to blow the air in the first period from the start to the end of discharge of the preceding sheet by the first discharge unit, and stops the first air blower unit in the second period in which the draw-in mechanism conveys the succeeding sheet in the draw-in direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
