Abstract:
To prevent post-processing that is not required from being executed in the case that a function is validated by a switch of a post-processing device.SOLUTION: A puncher 200 including a validation/invalidation switch of a post-processing function is provided. When a punching die 280 registered in an image forming apparatus 10 is attached to the puncher 200, information as to whether to perform post-processing using the punching die is acquired from the image forming apparatus 10. When information that the post-processing using the punching die 280 is not performed is acquired, the post-processing is not performed even though the post-processing function is validated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
