When perforation scraps storing part 92 is moved, a conductive member 22 sunk in perforation scraps S stored in the perforation scraps storing part 92 is kept in the state of always contacting the surface of the stored perforation scraps S at the midway stage of removal operation of the perforation scraps storing part 92. Accordingly, charging of the perforation scraps S can be eliminated by a route of the perforation scraps S→the conductive member 22→a lower guide plate 12→a post-processor body. As a result, at the time of removing the perforation scraps storing part 92, electric balance between the charged perforation scraps S and the whole post-processor will not be lost.
