Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device that can prevent discharged printed matter bundles from collapsing after being stacked without such a work as aligning staple positions of the printed matter bundles that are stacked after staple processing.SOLUTION: A post-processing device includes: binding means for binding an end part of a sheet bundle constituted of a plurality of sheets; discharge means for discharging and stacking the sheet bundle of which end part has been bound; and fold line forming means for making a fold line in the sheet bundle so that the end part of the sheet bundle of which end part has been bound defines a prescribed angle relative to a sheet face of the sheet bundle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
