PURPOSE: To prevent the jamming of cut paper by forming at least one of the upper and lower guide plates into a paper-stripe-shaped guide member and arranging a feed roller between the guide members and installing an exhausting means for dispersing the heat in the vicinity of the guide members.

CONSTITUTION: A lower side guide plate 40 forms an opened port for a driving roller which is made of rubber, etc., and secures the traveling stability of a cut paper 1, and an upper guide plate 50 is equipped with the paper-stripe-shaped guide members 50aW50d. The both edge parts of the cut paper 1 are guided by the guide members 50a and 50d, and the vicinity of the center part is guided by the guide members 50a and 50c, and the traveling stability of the cut paper 1 is maintained. Further the paper is guided, suppressing curl by the center, and the opened port parts 51aW51c are formed to prevent the confinement of heat between the upper and lower guide plates 40 and 50. The heat in the vicinity of the opened port parts 51aW51c is attracted by an opened port part formed on a side plate and an exhaust fan 60 installed in the opened port part and discharged.
