Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a postformed plate whose rounded corner has a radius of 2-4 mm, i.e., smaller than ever before so as , and a manufacturing method for the postformed plate.
SOLUTION: A round groove 7 with a width of 2πR1/4 or larger is formed at a base of an extended part 4 of a decorative plate 2 corresponding to an inclined plane 6 of a core material 1 when the radius R1 of the rounded corner 5a is set in the range of 2-4 mm, the radius R2 which is smaller than the radius R1 of the rounded corner 5a is formed on the internal end side of the round groove 7 close to the core material 1, and the extended part 4 of the decorative plate 2 is bent in an arc shape at the rounded groove 5 so as to be bonded to the end of the core material.
